SETCOM Responsibilities
INSTALLATION:
SETCOM will install your Telephone / Voice Mail Systems in accordance with established Telephone Industry standard practices and comply with all applicable codes and ordinances including the customer's general work rules. The installation will cause minimal interruption of your daily business routine and in most cases, no interruption of your telephone services.
SCHEDULING:
The installation date (cut over) is negotiable. Installations normally can be completed within thirty (30) days after a contract has been awarded to SETCOM Most exceptions to this schedule involve unavailability of telephone company or common carrier facilities or delayed lease approval. When the customer's needs dictate, SETCOM will do all in its power to expedite installation.
PRICING/WARRANTY:
There will be no hidden costs to you. The purchase price is turnkey and includes all equipment, labor, installation, and TWO (2) Year Telephone System Warranty. Any exceptions or additions to this policy will be state in writing and mutually agreed upon. Prices do not include sales tax.
TRAINING:
SETCOM provides, as a part of its customer service policy, a training program on the operations of your new communications system. Upon completion or your new system installation and cut over, SETCOM will provide a trained representative to aid in the understanding and operation of your system. The training will be conducted on a group or individual basis, depending on conditions and / or customer preference. If the need arises for additional training, SETCOM will provide a qualified representative to assist you, at nominal cost. |
